Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Ludo Royale ("the app"), made by Gain Ovuta ("we", "us"). Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms and Apple's agreement conflict, Apple's agreement applies.

Playing the game

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own entertainment. Please play fair: don't cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with other players' games or use the app to harass anyone. We may block players from online play who break these rules.

Coins, gems and other virtual items

Coins, gems, characters, dice, boards and other items are virtual items for use in the game only.
They have no cash value and can't be sold, traded, transferred or exchanged for real money, prizes or anything outside the game.
Tables are free to play and pay virtual-coin rewards; the daily spin is free. Nothing in the app is wagered, and nothing can be exchanged for real money.
Your items are saved on your device. If you delete the app or lose your device, they can't be recovered.

Purchases

In-app purchases are sold and processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Online play

Online play depends on our game server and your internet connection. We work to keep it available but can't guarantee it will always be.

Changes and availability

We may update the app, its content and these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.
